Career Opportunity: Member Accountability Coach

Our rapidly growing, online training company needs an ambitious, professional and performance motivated Coach to cultivate and nurture our growing base of heart-centered member lawyers working to transform their law practice into a business enterprise with systems, support and steady cashflow.   • You are an ideal candidate if you are a highly relatable, accountability-oriented coach with a track record of clients succeeding.
  • You have a knack for motivating talented people without all the “rah-rah” Tony Robbins finesse. People feel your care for them, and you exude confidence in their ability to set and achieve goals that will get them what they joined our program to attain (meaningful work providing money and the time to enjoy it).
  • You’re a team player who loves following (and improving) processes, is quick-to-respond to member needs and great at keeping members happy with highly talented verbal and digital communication skills – also, MUST have a well-developed mind for details. There is a lot of follow up and call documentation to help keep the rest of the team informed at every step.
  • Experience communicating with lawyers is a plus. Experience working in a law firm even better!

Exceptional candidates will have an impressive ability to establish rapport with our lawyer members, find out where they are stuck and what they need to do next to move forward in a way that feels exciting to them. We have all the systems in place, so you don’t have to create the process, but you will be invited to share your ideas for improving it based on your own base of experience as you go. This is a work from home, virtual position so ability to self-manage, prioritize without losing details for future projects, and quickly pick up online project management and CRM software is a must. Above all – you must LOVE these things and have references confirming that you thrive in this type of role.


Our innovative company offers programs and products that empower and inspire lawyers to implement a new law business model and transform their lives and those of their clients, and we offer excellent potential for growth. Your daily and weekly responsibilities will include:

    • As Needed: Welcome Calls

      • Welcome new member lawyers to the program; set clear expectations for them about what they can expect from us and what we expect of them to ensure their success; outline the coaching schedule and how to get any additional questions answered throughout the month.

      Monthly: Individual Member Stay-In-Touch/Accountability calls – 30m

      • Run the call according to the current outline; add thorough notes in client record; escalate sales and technical coaching questions to team (bonus if you make sales); add follow up tasks to project management system; add notes for next group coaching call; email client and follow up as needed to ensure their success in achieving the goals they set from month to month.

      Weekly: Attend & Support Members on Group Coaching Calls w/ Alexis 

      • Aside from the private monthly call with you, our members receive a weekly group call with our founder, Alexis – creator of the program – where they receive laser consulting on the more technical aspects of the program. This means you don’t have to know everything – you can simply invite a member to come to the next group call, or create a follow up ticket for Alexis if it’s a more urgent or private matter. You’ll attend these calls to stay apprised of client commitments and any promises made by Alexis.

      • You’ll also maintain a strong presence on our internal social media groups and other forums where members ask questions between calls – mostly to stay abreast of member issues and to answer questions where appropriate for your role.

As Needed: Accounts Receivable “Intervention” Calls 

      • Sometimes members can’t make their payment, so you’ll reach out as needed to get clear on their situation and do some spot coaching to either get them back on track, or help them decide to take a hiatus from the program and catch up their payments owed before they get too large. After two of these calls, members will be transferred to our collections team – you’re not the heavy, you’re always the buddy looking out for them.

General Staff Requirements: Everyone on the team is on the hook for this…

    • Maintain documentation in accordance with company standards

    • Update and create checklists for Standard Operating Procedures as your work evolves

    • Attend weekly individual development, departmental and other team meetings as requested


The Member Accountability Coach is a great position if you are currently a business or accountability coach who loves the coaching, but hates finding clients. We currently have around 100 members with about 2/3 who qualify for accountability coaching – and we are growing fast!

Compensation is partially based on performance, depending on how well you can keep our members on track to meet with you. The total compensation target includes participation in the departmental bonus based on member retention, and a healthy annual stipend for continuing your coaching skills development.

While this is a virtual work from home position, it is not part-time or short-term. You will begin as an independent contractor and – if we all love each other after a 90-day trial period – we can discuss the possibility of moving you into full-time employee role with the company including access to benefits, and one of the most incredible vacation packages you’ll ever see.
