Career Opportunity: Paid Traffic Marketing Manager (PPC & Social Media Ad Buyer)

Rapidly growing, online training company seeks a motivated and experienced Paid Traffic Marketing Manager to create, place, split test, track and report on advertising campaigns in multiple channels for our heart-centered lawyers.

QUALIFICATIONS

You are OBSESSED with marketing. You read marketing books for fun, marketing seminars are your idea of a good vacation, and basically eat breathe and live marketing. But… you need an opportunity to really apply everything you’re learning and prove yourself in a fun, flexible company with AMAZING team culture… If that’s you, this may be the most exciting post you read all year.

You know what it takes (and WHY it takes that) to produce the lead flow to double sales revenue using the methods you’ve learned in the upper echelons of internet marketing / traffic training.

You know which ads are likely to produce and why, and how to get the best ad placements at the best rates. You constantly keep abreast of the changes and industry trends in the fast-paced world of internet and mobile marketing.

You are an up-and-comer, team player showing real promise who would love a genuine opportunity to learn, practice and play ball with resources (both team and financial) to back your strategies and keep training you to reach your peak performance and even participate in profit sharing if certain benchmarks are met.

You are positive, enthusiastic, filled with initiative yet teachable, and love to turn ideas into realities! You are smart, strategic, and ask the right questions. This is really a role where you can play with your most creative ideas and see huge results.

Demonstrating your technical ability is a must (even if you’re new to the game). You do NOT need a lot of experience — in fact, we tend to favor emerging talent — but you must be able to prove you know what you’re doing, why it works (or doesn’t) and what you’re doing to keep ahead of the curve with paid traffic. We will also require references.

Since you’ll work virtually from your own home, you need to be extremely self-motivated and thrive in getting work done in your own environment with no one micromanaging you. Ability to self-manage, prioritize without losing details for future projects, and quickly pick up online project management and CRM software is a must.

Experience communicating with lawyers is a plus.

Our product set already sells, you will just be cranking up the volume to get us more leads and help us sell more.

Our back-end is well-established with a high-end membership program, and our funnels sell mid to high-end training packages.

We make regular investments in training and consulting with proven results. You will benefit from this training and be responsible for implementing it. You will have support from the owners, the team and some support staff who can handle the routine work IF you create processes they can follow.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Our innovative company offers programs and products that empower and inspire lawyers to implement a new law business model and transform their lives and those of their members, and we offer excellent potential for growth.

Your daily and weekly responsibilities include:

  • Paid Ad Channel Management & PR

    • Create, manage and report on Facebook ads, LinkedIn, PPC, and other channels you identify

    • Design and create banner ads through 3rd party team members and wisely manage media buys for banner ad placement

    • Optimize media buys thru split testing, tracking, and a healthy does of experience and intuition, updating and optimizing ads as needed

    • Research/recommend niche sites to post banners, articles, sponsored mailing

    • Manage relationship with State and County Bar Associations, including investigating and recommending all promotional opportunities to reach members

    • Get 2-3 placements per month

    Manage and utilize tracking links and pixel codes as effectively as possible

    • Utilize Google Analytics to track, analyze, and optimize all our pages and conversions

    • Utilize affiliate/tracking links (created by our staff in Infusionsoft) for advertising, article, and promotion tracking

    • Create and verify we have appropriate pixel tracking and conversion codes on all web pages


    Our weekly meetings are fast, agile, and highly interactive. We get REAL WORK done in these sessions, and you will need to participate fully in each one:

    • Marketing/Sales Team call, including reviewing metrics for opportunities and threats to address

    • Campaign Thrashing/Planning meeting/s where the details of new campaigns are hammered out

    • Individual 1-1 meeting to address needs with your supervisor

    • Note: We use Google Docs (heavily) to track our agendas and decisions in a searchable, collaborative way. If that concerns you at all, this may not be the position for you.
